One of UWCSEA's longest-running Local Service partners is MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore), with whom we have had a partnership for over 30 years. MINDS 50th anniversary dinner was held on 25 May 2012, with President of Singapore Tony Tan attending as the guest of honour. UWCSEA received a special citation for our years of service, based on the consistent commitment of our students and staff. By Cathy Elliott, Head of Service, Dover Campus.
