1. After logging-in, you'll want to go to your group.  You can find that by going to "My stuff" in the light-blue menu and choosing "My groups."

2. Then choose your country group under that.

3. Once on your group's main page, look for the gray menu and choose "Discussions."

That will take you to the discussion area.

4. When you've arrived in the discussion area, you can look for the "Add discussion" link.

Click it.

5. Fill out the form, add images (see Attach Images)  and don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "save."
